At SIGG long tradition of sustainability dates back to the very first aluminum bottle and continues to this day with innovative ecological products and projects. For us sustainability is an ongoing process that requires continuous motion, determination and progress. We think about tomorrow and act today by developing products and supporting projects that promote sustainability.

Our logo with the red Swiss cross is used for corporate communication purposes and marks products that are manufactured in Switzerland.
IN HOUSE CLOSED WATER WASTE SYSTEM
Water is the driving force of all nature. In Switzerland we strive to reduce our environmental impact and introduce sustainable solutions into our daily activities. In our factory in Frauenfeld the water used to clean the bottles is collected in a closed system and recycled.
QUALITY AND SAFETY
A manual quality check ensures that all bottles leaving our production line are in perfect condition. In addition, all our products undergo a strict testing procedure to certify safety from chemicals such as estrogen-mimicking substances, BPA and phthalates.
REUSE, RECYCLE, REPEAT
We all know the importance of recycling. It saves resources and reduces the environmental impact. At SIGG, we care about recycling and ensure that the little amount of waste from our aluminium bottles production is collected and recycled in 100%. Once produced and enjoyed for many years, the aluminium bottle body can be recycled again!
PCR MATERIAL
In order to further reduce the SIGG CO2 footprint we have introduced the change to PCR aluminium for the entire aluminium bottles collection. All our aluminium bottles are made from 100% recycled material.
